3 Best Assisted Living Facilities in Salinas, CA

Once again, Ivy Park has come through for my mother. She has been living at Ivan Park for 2 1/2 years. The Care is outstanding. Several weeks ago my mother had to be hospitalized for an intestinal blockage. After her care at the hospital, she was moved to a place called Cypress Ridge for therapy that I don’t think she really needed. When we tried to remove her from Cypress Ridge, we were met with resistance Wanted to keep her for the financial for their facility. My mothers care did not seem to be at the top of the list. It was hard to watch and when we tried to remove her, insisted that Ivy park and hospice would have to be involved. Today we had a worker from Ivy park, Hugo, show up to assess my mother. He was loving and kind and agree with us that there was no reason for her to be there and he got the ball rolling. It’s still taking one more day, but with the calls from Monica and Carmen and then Hugo, we are getting her out of a place where she is very unhappy. there are not enough good things to say about Ivy park and the care she gets there and the people that serve their clients. I don’t know how they find the people that they do but they treat my mother like she is a family member. It is the best and we are so happy.

The staff have been truly amazing in our time of need. They work very hard to give really good care. This would be impossible without the team at Sunrise Villa Salinas!

Ivy Park is a delightful place to live. My apartment home and the amenities offered exceed my expectations, and the Vine at Ivy restaurant provides a gourmet dining experience. I recommend Ivy Park to anyone looking for a community to call home.

I visited my brother every week for four years. The medtech was usually Catia. She and the caregivers knew my brothers situation and rolled with it. They treated Bob with care, patience and respect. The staff and administration folks were approachable at all times. We loved visiting/feeding Bob in the patio, however if it was cold or raining staff always provided the Garden Room. Jessica, Andre and Veronica of the kitchen staff always served and saw to Bob’s needs while we fed him in the patio. Thomas provided Bob’s transportation with care, respect and patience.

My mother lived at Vista Harden Ranch for two years. She had a wonderful experience there, in fact, her health improved after she moved there, as the support and care was exemplary. We are so grateful for the expert, and very supportive environment there. I highly recommend this facility. The pricing is very affordable and the staff are very caring.

I definitely recommend Vista Harden Ranch to any families looking for a facility for a loved one. We were treated extremely well during every interaction. On top of their wonderful care they were also reasonably priced which is also very important as well.
