I highly recommend anyone who appreciates quality aesthetics and design check out this showroom! I was impressed by the concierge level service and the hands on experience. The young ladies who helped me were knowledgeable and welcoming. They offered a genuine interest in assisting me without any sales tactics. I was provided with the perfect balance of guidance and space to explore. I really appreciated this approach as I was never overwhelmed or pressured. I'd mentioned that I was just interested in learning what my options were but wasn't ready to purchase anything. Yet I was treated with the same integrity as if I was buying. Aside from the customer service, the aesthetics are so amazing I’m mentioning them again! The attention to detail in every aspect of design in this place is beyond impressive. I recently had a window replaced and the entire experience, from start to finish, was extremely favorable. The Pella installation crew was highly professional and courteous, as well as very skilled. They fully addressed my questions and worked very efficiently. They were meticulous to detail and cleaned up my room so well that I wouldn't have known they had been there--except that I now had a beautiful new window. :-) In addition, shout-out to Chelsea who coordinated the effort and seamlessly managed the job when we had to re-schedule due to inclement weather. She was respectful and polite and a joy to interface with. Thanks, Pella! You'll be hearing from me in the future. :-)
