Pella Windows and Doors

I would consider myself a savy and smart shopper. While I was researching a local provider to do a full replacement of my windows and french doors, product quality and customer service were at the forefront of my requirements. Of course, cost was important too, but I'm a firm believer you get what you pay for. Therefore, Pella was the only provider I contacted for an estimate. I want to share my recent experience which validated I made the correct decision. My windows were replaced in the fall of 2021. During the spring of 2022, I noticed the plastic tabs on the window screens were brittle and broke into pieces if you touch them. The cold and heat did not help. Pella acknowledged the tabs were not made to their high standards. They replaced all the tabs on every window, but the tabs only lasted for a few months with the same results. I decided to wait until the tabs were improved before we replace them again. Long story short, the awesome team of Tamera - service supervisor, Raul - service technician and Wayne - service coordinator worked diligently with me and recently replaced the defective tabs with the improved ones. I could go on and on praising their outstanding customer service, but the experience working with them the last couple of years validated they walk their talk.

Windows are a daunting project and certainly not cheap! I highly recommend Pella! Great value for quality windows. Installation was done by experienced and incredibly professional men. My project manager ensured I was prepared for installation, delivery happened on schedule, and installers were timely, efficient and cleaned up as they went. Very satisfied customer!
