I had a very good experience with Henry and Geo at Quality Windows. I had no idea how to repair a broken window, thought it might need to be replaced entirely. But I called Quality Windows and the representative picked up 15 min before closing and gave me some positive reassurance that they could definitely help with the glass repair, all I needed to do was drop off the window. Sure enough I did so and they told me they would have it ready at the end of the day, SAME DAY! They made this really easy and I am very happy to have found them as a true resource. Thank you both and your team for helping me solve this issue.

I own an almost brand new manufactured home in a very nice park. After having almost zero luck in locating anyone who would even consider giving me an estimate on my recently leaking windows? I gave Quality Windows in Oxnard a call as they came highly recommended by my neighbor. Leif and his assistant came by and gave me a fair estimate and even took the time to fix the clogged weep holes that I couldn’t get unblocked. He came a few days later and resealed the offending windows with the proper caulking and the price was absolutely fair. Well done Quality and Leif.

Leif was a pleasure. Very affable, competent, quiet guy. He brought a vacuum to get rid of the little glass chunks from our doorframe window before he replaced it with a new one, and he cleaned the glass, both sides, after he did. He also disassembled and reassembled the window blinds on the door and made sure they worked properly. We need about a hundred more Leifs in the world. Great job.
