First off, request Johnny, he is very professional, courteous and knows his stuff. Management was also all of above and very helpful. We initially went in just to check out nectar bed systems as Ashley now has them on site and we wanted to see them in person. They ended up matching what was on the cyber Monday sale online and as we were waiting for paperwork to be processed, we came across a living room set that we had also already pre-ordered something similar online and canceled that and bought what they had, as the pricing was just as good or better, we will be back.

My husband and I were helped by a wonderful salesperson named Rose at the Oxnard store. She so graciously saved every piece of furniture we chose the previous week on her store tablet. Rechecked to make sure we were happy which we were. She helped us every step of the way . We love the quality and beauty of the furniture. We're sure our new home will look fabulous. We first went to Ashley Furniture to find a rocking swivel chair for my wife, which ended in disappointment as the sales people there did little to nothing to help us find our chair. We left Ashley feeling ignored and disappointed. So we journeyed down the street to La-Z-Boy. Immediately upon walking in without maybe 10 seconds going by, we were energetically and kindly greeted by Mike. Mike was absolutely awesome! He took the time to explain to us what the right chair for my wife is and why. Mike was everything you’d hope to find in someone when purchasing an expensive chair: kind, helpful and honest. With Mike’s help, we found my wife’s chair in full confidence it was the one for her. The quality of La-Z-Boy products eclipses that of Ashley, as does the generosity of their sales people. 10/10 the perfect experience! We will be back to purchase additional furniture without hesitation.

Mike Shaw was very helpful and friendly. I went into the store the day before and he listened to my needs and gave me a sale price for a sofa. When I returned the next day to make my purchase, Mike made it quick and easy to place my order. I am looking forward to relaxing on my new sofa soon.
