We contacted 3 firms for a price to replace the rollers on our slider. All three sent us estimates for the replacement of both the track and the rollers. Glass Guru’s price was the lowest by far, and they had excellent reviews. Based on these two things, we contracted with Glass Guru for the work. I’m really glad we did. They worked fast, they were prompt and efficient, and, best of all, they told us the track was fine, didn’t need replacement, and deducted that cost from the final bill. This is a first-rate company. Finally, an honest business!! Robert came out this morning to give an estimate for my double pane window that the seal had broken on and was discolored between panes. He informed me that my windows had a lifetime warranty and advised me to call the company. So refreshing!!!! If in need I will definitely call them out.
