The process was very easy from start to finish. Sales representative was very knowledgeable on the product, did not try to upsell, and attentive to my needs/requests. Window World did a great job of keeping me informed throughout the process in timelines for window manufacturing and scheduling of install. Quick to make adjustments to installations timeline when requested. Installation team was very professional and did an excellent job.

My experience was really good, and I felt confident of what I was purchasing. My windows were in, all 11 that including a bay window, in one day. One fellow came out to put them in and he normally has a partner to help him but it was right after the Christmas time and you know how that is. People have vacations and takeoff, etc. He had to work all the way up until almost 9 at night, but he was very good. He cleaned up afterwards and showed us how the windows worked. We are so very pleased with our new look. We absolutely love our windows!!

Purchased replacement windows for our home. The pricing was fair and the consultant was awesome. The installation was excellent. Very professional and fast. The results were better than expected. High quality and look like they came with the house.
