Haven't met the rest of the team yet, but today was my first sit down visit with Mr. Jimmy Rhodes and this fella is awesome! He is super friendly and knows his job well enough that he has already answered your questions before you get a chance to ask! He does not rush, he actually listens to you as a person! And most importantly, he spells and pronounces my name correctly!You can't beat that with a baseball bat! Love my first experience!

America's Home Place is a very professional home building business. They always follow proper procedures in planning their home builds as we ( Charles Blackwell Soil Testing) do all of their soil boring and compaction test for all builds. We have done their testing for 10+ years. We highly recommend them.

IKON has the best attention to detail I have seen in home building. The quality of products they use in their homes is unmatched in my opinion.
