We had an exceptional experience working with Dani when purchasing our new mattress. From the moment we called the store she made us feel welcome and took the time to truly understand what we were looking for. Dani was incredibly knowledgeable about the different mattress types and helped us narrow down our options based on our sleep habits! If you are in the market for a new bed we highly recommend Dani at Mattress Direct.

My wife and I had a very positive experience at Mattress Direct in Pearl today. We had a general idea of what we were looking for. I had received a text from a nearby competitor offering to pay the sales tax on any purchase made Easter weekend. We had planned to shop at the competitor’s location. On the way to the other store we saw that Mattress Direct was advertising an Easter sale. We decided to stop there first. Dani Spivey was the salesperson that greeted us. After a brief description of what we were looking for, she offered a several different combinations of adjustable bed bases and mattresses. After “trying” a few options, we decided to purchase a set. Dani was outstanding in the way she treated us. By the way, we ended up deciding not to go to the other store.

I was met at the door by Dani with a smile and very nice. I didn’t really know what I was looking for but she was very knowledgeable and showed me plenty of options. She never once got frustrated with my indecisiveness and ultimately helped me find the perfect mattress. Will definitely always be back as long as she’s there.

Excellent! Personnel was very helpful and knowledgeable. Malcolm White discussed the qualities and availability of each mattress I considered (took 3 visits for me to decide), and he was patient! The one I chose was out of stock but I was promised delivery in a couple of weeks. I am confident that it is the right choice for my needs but I also feel confident that Mattress Firm will work with me in every way possible if I am not totally comfortable with my purchase. I definitely recommend this company.

I went in to this location twice this week, looking to buy a new mattress after having my current one for years. Cole was extremely helpful and gave me great insight into the options available, and today, Albert was just as kind and knowledgeable and helped me find a financing plan that works great for me. They helped make a stressful shopping experience a breeze.

The service and product is the best! You simply can’t beat a Serta mattress. I’ve done lots of business with this Mattress Firm. They are professional and their are committed to the best customer experience and the follow through with what they commit to. Thanks!!! I am enjoying a great nights sleep.
