Very Happy with my new shades! Good customer service, responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. I moved into a new home with 80 inch glass windows and could not find anything at the store that fit. I asked around and found my neighbors had used LWF and liked their results. I checked out my neighbors shades and found the material looked and felt higher quality than what I saw at Home Depot and lowes. When I called LWF, I found Danny was super easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He came out for the estimate at our agreed date and time, took measurements and spent time with my wife and I as we discussed what look we were going for. Danny offered practical cost saving suggestions and we agreed on roller shades with cornices for our large windows. We made a deposit and Danny provided an estimated time of completion.
