Holly came out to visit the same day I called. We ordered & the windows treatments were installed very quickly after that. Holly was professional & helpful - not pushy. I appreciated her advice. The silhouettes are stunning! There was an issue with one of the panes on the largest blind. the installer - who was really efficient & professional - pointed it out & said not to worry; they would fix it. They re-ordered , put the new blinds up & it worked out perfectly. I would definitely recommend this company with no reservation.
