2026 Update: The yoga studio in Atlanta offers hot yoga and Bikram yoga classes along with facilities such as locker rooms and showers. The 4,000 sq. ft. space includes two yoga rooms for both heated and non-heated classes, as well as changing rooms with showers, vanities, and a retail area selling activewear and accessories. The studio provides classes for both residents and visitors and also offers private yoga sessions that can be tailored for injury recovery, chronic pain, or mobility limitations. Corporate yoga sessions are available to help improve focus, productivity, posture, and stress management in the workplace. Additional services include Thai massage by appointment. The studio also runs a Pranakriya teacher training program held over nine intensive weekends with limited class size to support focused learning and practice. Free covered parking is available on Peachtree Place between Spring Street and West Peachtree."
