Yoglates is a perfect combination of strength training, stretching, and cardio. The instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging. The routine change each week keeps it interesting! I'm a better and more well rounded runner now too. I'm never more fit than when I attend yoglates regularly.

Amazing classes, great environment, nice and motivating instructors. The 5:30 AM classes are great for a busy schedule. The workouts have really made me stronger and transformed my body while being FUN and challenging. I always leave feeling accomplished and never get bored with the wide variety of classes and routines. Can’t recommend enough.

I LOVE Yoglates so much! It’s definitely helping to transform my body and mind into a place I want to be! All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and attentive and I appreciate that! The studio feels like home and the welcoming aspect really adds to wanting to give it your all each class!.

This is a place you can come and have fun, reconnect to yourself, and leave feeling more at ease in your body. If you are looking for a great yoga studio in Baton Rouge, Leela is it!!

Leela feels like home! Every single teacher that I’ve encountered has been so welcoming, caring, and supportive. Highly recommend taking classes here, regardless of where you are in your practice.

Took a class with Jonas in the heated moon studio and absolutely loved it. I will be back for more classes! Everyone was warm and welcoming.

This studio is FABULOUS! I’ve been coming for a little over a month and half now. I’ve been coming almost daily, so I feel like my review is fair and based on consistency. I trained in vinyasa yoga, but welcomed the challenge of learning a new style when I was greeted with Bikram Yoga at Preservation Yoga. Everyone here (instructors and students alike) have been nothing short of amazing and incredibly helpful! I have yoga brain at the moment so forgive me if this review is a little all over the place. Tonight I took the bikram hot 90 class at 5pm and decided to stay for the new “fusion” class. Definitely a good idea! (Make sure you hydrate and rest!) The appropriately named "Fusion" class fuses poses and styles of both vinyasa and bikram yoga. It was designed perfectly! I found it to be a great mix of challenging and meditative, definitely a good class for beginners and experienced yogis alike! Everyone here is super helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about form and breath, which is crucial in any type of exercise but especially yoga (at least for myself) highly highly recommend this studio!

An exceptional yoga studio with a kind and committed community of practitioners. The owner, Stefan, welcomes all and gives outstanding guidance on each of the postures in the Bikram sequence. I have practiced hot yoga for several years across different places and learned a lot specifically from this studio. Highly recommend for beginners and experienced yogis alike.

This place is great, and the people are too! Such a fun, kind, welcoming community. The new student $20 deal is unbeatable. Stefan is an excellent instructor and is very personable to each student. He will guide you through unfamiliar poses and makes you feel comfortable as a beginner.
