Breathing Room Yoga offers a variety of yoga and meditation classes and sessions. After being out for awhile with a shoulder injury, Sarah's beginner class was just what I needed to restore core strength and get back into my practice. Breathing Room has so many wonderful offerings. Can't wait for my next adventure!.
