I have been attending Yoga classes here for roughly 9 or 10 years. Sandy is an amazing instructor and Owner. I would recommend anyone to come and check the studio out! Also visit the metaphysical store nextdoor!.
Participated in the Beginner Hot Yoga class, and I loved the energy and environment. Sandy is an awesome instructor. I felt refreshed and challenged. I left feeling like a Warrior! I will be back.
