Visiting the Dallas area from Portland, I dropped in on a Saturday class taught by Adrianne and felt immediately at home. What a wonderful community of people - everyone was really welcoming. The class was a nice blend of mindfulness and movement for me. I will certainly be back if I find more time this weekend to do so! I am an experienced yogi and felt the class was right for me - Adrianne was helpful with alternate positions for certain poses!.
DSY "Diana's School of Yoga" is my favorite studio of every studio I've been to around the country. The atmosphere is inviting and supported whether it is your first yoga class or if you are an advanced yoga student. I encourage anyone considering taking a class to do it. You won't regret it.
Diana is a wonderful teacher and all of her staff is experienced and does one on ones with all the students. it's a relaxing environment!
