Elevate Yoga Center

Elevate yoga offers a beautiful selection of yoga classes by many wonderful gifted patient instructors. I am a 76 year old man here for the winter. I was blessed with a gift from my daughter to attend classes at elevate while here in Florida. I am not new to yoga, but I did get to try aerial yoga and find it exciting , yet challenging; and certainly a lot of fun. You need to take classes with these great instructors. You will be amazed at what you can do. Thanks elevate yoga staff !!!!.

I'm so glad I took Jeff's silk class, who's subbing for Ashley this morning. I enjoyed his class. It was relaxing and I had a good stretch. He's a great yoga teacher and he's a great addition to the staff. I hope he gets more classes to teach because I will go to his yoga classes. For anyone who hasn't come to his class yet, I highly recommend him.

Such a wonderful class! Today was my first time ever doing elevated yoga and it will not be my last. Wonderful and helpful instructor! Can’t wait to go back :).
