Elevate Yoga Center

This is a wonderful studio that welcomes people of all levels. I’ve tried a variety of classes and enjoyed all of them. The teachers are mindful of all levels and provide modifications while encouraging participants to honor their bodies during practice - it’s not about achieving the perfect pose. I enjoy being able to choose a class that meets my needs whether it be an aerial, flow, or restorative class. What an amazing place! I found Elevate Yoga at one of the lowest points in my life, now at this point in my yoga adventures, I feel like it must have found me and intern helped me find myself. I truly enjoy the staff and all the classes they offer are most enjoyable. I can’t imagine a week where I don’t see Niki and have the opportunity to feel her amazing energy and light. From the first class I took, Owner, Bob was kind, helpful, informative and supportive. I love my Tuesday evening BUTI sessions with Courtney, my Wednesday evening aerial yoga sessions with Heather, my Thursday Yin and Restore with Niki, my Saturdays with Niki and Sunday’s with Ashley. On top of it all, it is something I do with my son, daughter and my sister and mother, and we all love it so. Thank you Elevate Yoga Center for helping me on my quest to find joy, comfort, gratitude, peace and balance.What an amazing place! Absolutely love Elevate Yoga! I took my first class on Mother’s Day and my daughter insisted on trying it, we just took her second class and she is obsessed to say the least! We have a running countdown to her next one
