For the past year I have been attending hot yoga and inferno hot pilates classes and loved every class and the way I felt inside and out!! I recently moved away and have gone to a few different hot yoga and pilates classes and nothing compares to Hot Room Toledo. It’s a very comfortable and positive space with great staff that helps you strengthen in your practice each class. I can’t wait to come back home to Hot Room for a good workout and ice cold lavender towel at the end of class.
This is by far my favorite place in Toledo to work out at. The instructors, music, and infrared lights are all second to none.
Hot room is a welcoming, happy place with wonderful instructors!.
