Ruijin was one of the best if not the best teachers I have ever had. She has a way of speaking to you almost subliminally with positive thoughts and feelings of encouragement. It is apparent that she has been doing this for a long time and its no doubt she is a master at her craft. I left feeling so positive and encouraged and I look forward to Ruijin’s class next time.

This studio is truly one of my happy places! I am always met by friendly, happy, staff members on entering the studio. The energy is very positive. I leave feeling energized after each class.

Awesome Bikram studio. I’ve taken a few hundred classes here and there is always great energy in the room. The instructors are all gifted and it’s likely you will pick up “a little something” from each class.
