This place is simply amazing. I love that I can book the sessions from my phone or iPad . Also the workouts change ever so often so you don’t develop muscle memory. I can get an amazing workout in and not be too sore to move after . Since joining I don’t get sick as much and my skin is clearer . Have been a member now for about 4 years. The staff is super friendly and the facility is always clean . Looking for a new gym? Look no further.

Sauna workouts that are Instructor led. Schedule on the app for anytime because they're open 24 hours. Heat up ur room (I prefer 125 degrees), turn up the volume and work it all out. HIIT training is 15 minutes. ISO workouts are 45 minutes. I try to vary my workouts but get 3 sessions in a day pretty much everyday. Best gym in town. Infrared heat and Yoga, Pilates, Hit buns, cycle, row and so much more. The place is always super clean. I love it here!.
