I truly enjoy my time here, each instructor is exceptionally patient and attentive during each session from cycling class, various Yoga classes, Pilates class the instructors truly always look for ways to help you improve your current routine. Rates are reasonable as it provides access to a wide range of services. I consistently leave here feeling incredibly rested and uplifted.

Dixie’s Hatha class is challenging, empowering, relaxing and soulful! She is a wonderful, kind teacher and works with each person where they are. I highly recommend her class!.

Great atmosphere. We, daughter and husband as well, practiced in this studio for over five years, and it gets better yearly. We feel respected within our limits and encouraged to go on. The studio is always clean and airy - it's hard to say which teacher is better and cares more about us and what they do
