I recently attended a restorative yoga class with Ileana Claffey, and it was wonderful. As a first-timer at this location, I was impressed by the serene atmosphere. Ileana's guidance made sure everyone was comfortable in their poses, and her guided meditations helped me focus on my breath. The class ended with homemade chai tea, a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this class and will definitely be going again!.

Went there for the first time for Hatha Yoga. Beautiful experience paired with some sweat. Awesome Chai tea at the end to remind me of my trip to Nepal. Namaste.
