This place is beyond fantastic! Ellen and Mary Lu are excellent instructors, the space is welcoming and has a great atmosphere, and the way my soul feels after a class makes me want to be at The Well every day. Thank you ladies - this is a new gem in Garland (pun intended)!.
Attended a Garland Chamber of Commerce event at this establishment last night. It is a very Friendly & relaxing atmosphere. The ladies are just awesome! If you lookin for Good Health with Yoga this is the place to be! Thank you ladies for hosting.
