WHoly Formed and Brenda are the BEST! I started her yoga class in July and have been going 3-4x’s a week. Great classes for all levels. Christian environment is such a blessing and welcoming. I tried several yoga studios before I found this one and this place is fantastic! You will love it.
I did my fourth class today and feel wonderful—-bright and light. They have been going easy on me, but today a little more. I look forward to being able to keep up and look as elegant as they do. I know my core is getting stronger, and I’m so grateful for that.
The yoga studio is so welcoming and you can do what you can with no need to push yourself beyond what you can do. Brenda is the best instructor ever. Also many other seminar and studies are offered at little or no charge. A peaceful place. Don't hesitate to give it a try.
