What a great place! I did the beginner aerial yoga class with two of my friends and we had so much fun, the instructor was super friendly and her directions were easy to follow, when I wasn’t afraid to let go and trust the process Everyone was welcoming and sweet, my legs and hands are sore but it was worth it, we will definitely be back :).

I've been a member for several years and love this yoga studio. All the instructors are wonderful, and the space is truly amazing. Treat yourself to a class, you won't be disappointed!.

What a gem to find while visiting Huntsville. My friend and I took a Vinyasa class on Saturday morning with Kira and it was absolutely lovely. Beautiful space!.
