Charles is an awesome hypnotist. I did the stress relief series with him. He took away bad memories and taught techniques for quick release of stress and/or anxiety. It’s difficult to describe hypnotism if you’ve never tried it but it’s truly nothing invasive and you’re always in a state of awareness. I consider myself a very calm, rational person that external factors have beat me up a bit and caused my stress levels too amplify, even sometimes irrationally. Charles has helped tremendously with that!

Hypnotherapy really works! Charles has a great treatment plan that cured all of my anxiety in the very first session. He has an app that you can download and keep forever with all the recording learned from the sessions. I suffered with PTSD from both personal and military experiences. Charles was able to help me overcome this and now I am able to go on everyday feeling better about myself. Never been so calm in my life. 10/10 give him a try!

Amazing man to work with and great teacher. I learned so much on how to handle my anxiety, stress, and get past some major depressive episodes in my past as well as other past fears and major stressful life events. His app instacalm has helped me through so much, and I am applying things I have learned daily! I have been able to lower my dose on my medications and hopefully will be completely off by using his techniques! Highly recommend!!

I knew what I was getting into before my first session with Mrs. Perry. I had done alot of research on the topic, but was afraid that because of my ADHD, I felt I wouldn't be able to be hypnotized. Mrs. Perry took the time to tall to me before my session, answered any questions I had and offered ways to help me keep focus. When we did our session, we found out that my conscious kept fighting us. Instead of throwing in the towel, Mrs. Perry kept calm and reassuring us that everything would be ok, and it was. I felt at ease with her and relieved that someone actually believes me. I am very thankful to have found her and will be continuing working with her as time permits. She is very knowledgeable with her craft and does not judge. She respects the patient and makes one feel at ease. Thank you so much.

Some people are hesitant to participate in hypnotherapy due to spiritual conflict and while I had no fear of God leaving my side during this process I know there are plenty of people holding themselves back from this extraordinary healing experience because of fear.
