Namaste Fitness

I have been a member at Namaste Fitness for off and on for a few years and they have improved and implemented many new classes according to the needs of the community. It is a great resource for people who want to learn more about their own fitness journeys. It is the incredible experience of being able to train with great teachers and at any level. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly, I recommend this studio to everyone.

I have been a loyal client and employee at Namaste Fitness for a while and I’m so happy to be part of such an awesome studio amd community that has not just the best yoga classes in town but so many other disciplines like barre, HIIT, Pilates, TRX, Zumba, Bosu, Sculpt classes and much more. Exceptional yoga studio. I started coming here ten months ago and my fitness level was very low. Through the variety of wonderful classes, beyond your expectations, I have regained my health. I have taken every single class. The owner Anna is so kind and helpful and the entire studio community is friendly n loving beyond.
