Niharika Yoga

At Niharika Yoga Studio I take private session classes. After a long week of stress from school and work this is a place that I always feel serenity. She always speak positively to me and teaches me to have grace with myself. She takes her time with me while teaching me the different asanas. The breathwork is my favorite part. It allows my thoughts to slightly calm down. Im glad I found her. I would always refer her. Although I’m a beginner she continues to encourage me and she remains patient with me.

Niharika is so knowledgeable and an amazing teacher. I go to a private class once a week. It’s always different….different restorative poses, stretching, and breathing…just what I need to make me feel peace and strength. I want to continue to work with Niharika for years to come…she has so much knowledge to share! I would highly recommend Niharika to a beginner or to the most experienced yogi. Thank you, Niharika!.
