We went for the Beginner class. Nancy took the time with those us who were new to Aerial Yoga and helped us perform the movements. Lots of fun! My daughter and I will be asking for the 10 class coupon for Christmas.
Nancy runs her studio with joy and graciousness. I have learned a lot about quieting my mind and and renewing my strength and balance
