It is becoming more and more difficult to find studios that remain connected to the more traditional style of hot yoga, but I love this place- very traditional 90 minute hot yoga series, lead by competent and engaged instructors. Also, the spacing of the room is luxurious by most standards- I love having the ability to spread out and not feel totally crowded in every class.
Felt better than I have after the first session than I have in nearly a year since I injured my back. Liza is an amazing instructor and very accommodating and understanding of my limitations. This is my second week, and I am super excited to keep going forward.
After my 3rd C-section in 4 years I couldn’t drop my baby weight despite attending the gym frequently. Started hot yoga with Donna and in about 3 months, I have lost 28lbs, taking classes regularly.
