Making the initial appointment online was so simple and fast and they were able to see me the very next day which I needed! The staff here is lovely and so pleasant. The ladies here helped me so much starting off my journey when I was feeling completely hopeless. I am on my journey to healing and I wouldn’t be where I am without the love and support of the team here. I am looking forward to more Neuroptimal and talk therapy and possibly more. They offer so many wonderful options here. I would definitely recommend!.

Pointe Wellness provides a Save Space for heeling and spiritual growth. Services are offered by top notch practitioners who take the time to listen. The new space is spacious and beautiful. I look forward to many more sessions at Pointe Wellness!.

Love Yoga classes, staff works closely with clients to achieve their (client) goals. Classes have improved my mobility, balance, and core strength.
