Quiet Mind Yoga

I love quiet mind yoga! The teachers are great, knowledgeable, caring and bring a very happy vibe. The studio is clean and has many tools to help with anyones yoga journey. I love when they play the singing bowls. I feel challenged (which I want) there and I feel like I am growing in many aspects of my yoga life. I’m so glad I took a chance with them, would highly recommend giving them a chance. I have also released several pent up energies that I could not have done without the help in the instructors and my trust in my practice at quiet mind yoga. I love that studio.

I love Quiet Mind Yoga so much and I’m so grateful that this studio exists. Just walking in the door brings me this sense of calm. The instructors are all amazing, and they have such a variety of class offerings. I love it when I’m able to add a class to my day. It’s such a great work out and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in.

I have practiced yoga for a little over a year at a different studio. However, I found myself getting bored with the same poses over and over. But, since I joined Quiet Mind Yoga, things have changed. Matthew, the owner, is very creative; every class feels different and exciting. He sets realistic expectations, and his classes are both therapeutic and intense. I really enjoy how calming and soothing his classes are.
