Soul Body Yoga

This studio was fundamental in helping me get back to myself and strengthen my body. I have learned so much about my posture and alignment, have gained flexibility and strength, and peace of mind as well. Mina truly cares about her students and goes above and beyond to give you the best yoga experience for your body, to challenge you and help you grow. The monthly membership price is very reasonable, and the studio is always clean and inviting. I love the classes by Deanna and Rachel, but have taken classes from several other teachers and they were all wonderful. If you are thinking about going, just do it!!.

Me and my husband recently went to this yoga practice about 3 weeks ago and I have to say we absolutely fell in love with it. Mina the owner is just amazing and we connected with her straight away. We went on a Sunday class just to try it out and signed up straight away. This studio is just perfect. What I love is that your not judged it’s your practice and you are just guided with amazing teachers. Every single one of the instructors is fabulous. I am so grateful that we have found this gem. I started yoga classes with Mina mid-March and I can’t believe how far I’ve come. I just noticed today how much more balance and strength I have! A big plus is I have been able to tone my muscles and lose a few inches! Thank you Mina.
