Surya Chandra Yoga is amazing! The classroom space was beautiful with window views of the forest. The students in the class were incredibly kind and inclusive. Most importantly Julie, our instructor was wonderful in having us go through the movements in a paced and grounded manner, the meditation and the prayer bells were welcomed additions.
Anyone can reap the health benefits of a regular yoga practice. Formal yoga classes provide a community setting to practice yoga, taught by a certified instructor. Doctors and gurus the world over agree: yoga trains the mind and strengthens the body. Surya Chandra yoga studio provides a peaceful space to practice Hatha Yoga.
Julie and her husband have created an inviting studio and an effective, enjoyable yoga program. It's everything you could want in a yoga studio. Legit! best I have found in the area and I have been practicing 20+ years!.
