I absolutely love these prenatal yoga classes! I truly look forward to them every week! Ifat is absolutely wonderful! She is so friendly and never forces anyone to do anything that they may not feel comfortable doing. She truly wants everyone to feel comfortable in her classes and this is the first yoga instructor I’ve had that actually explains each yoga pose, step by step, which is so helpful for someone like me, who does not have that much yoga experience. I leave her classes feeling so relaxed and happy. You can truly see she has a passion for what she does and cares about each and every one of us. I love that her classes are focused on breathing and light poses that are absolutely safe for pregnancy. That was extremely important for me, as I am a high risk pregnancy. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend these prenatal yoga classes with Ifat!! I am beyond happy I signed up!.

The Nest, Prenatal Yoga, has been a blessing! The classes are lead by the great Ifat, who sets the tone immediately into a judgment free and safe zone, for all us mamas to ask questions, voice concerns, and explore our bodies. I’ve been attending the classes at the park, and I LOVE being surrounded by the trees and nature. I highly recommend this class if you are expecting!.

Prenatal yoga is my favorite part of the week! Ifat teaches yoga poses and exercises that are useful throughout pregnancy and prepare you for labor. The class is part support group/part yoga class. I have learned so much from listening to all of the other mothers to be share their experiences. It is so comforting to have a community of women to ask questions and bounce ideas off of.
