This place is great . . . warm, inviting, and they take the time to help and explain to beginners. I walk out of there like I've had a great workout while having one of the most relaxing times of the day.
When I first attended I had no yoga experience . Chrissy and David made me feel very comfortable and helped me with my poses. The atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing.
A beautiful space to practice. Grateful to have this studio so local to my home. The owners, Chrissy and David, are fantastic and encouraging!.
