Yoga 1

Amazing, highly trained and caring teachers and really sweet/caring staff. This place is my second home. Wide variety and levels of classes and something for everyone. There is so pushing, crazy fast classes or hard sales. Every class and each teacher is caring, thoughtful and teaches you to be your best version. Sense of community and belonging is added bonus.

Yoga1 is my favorite place to do yoga in Fort Lauderdale. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I'm a beginner and felt at home but also see more advanced yogis deepening their practice, as well. I'm amazed at how beautiful and clean the facility is. Especially the bathrooms are so spacious. They even have showers to clean up afterwards. Love this studio.

The new owner of Yoga 1 has taken the studio to the next level! The instructors are amazing, the prices are affordable, and the classes I took were unique and left me wanting more. I can't wait to go back..
