Yoga is my medicine. Through my yoga training, I am becoming aware of the patterns of my thoughts and my responses. I am strengthening my ability to see these patterns and then make conscious shifts and I am reducing my resistance to pain and anxiety. I am very grateful for the increased sense of power and well- being that I am cultivating.
Update: Seven years later, as I have continued to train, I am stronger, more confident, and find more ease in my life. I am even more committed to training!.
