Yoga Shakti

I'm not new to yoga, but the classes at Yoga Shakti are unlike others I have experienced. I'm enjoying the new challenges and am hoping to find a release for the burdens I have carried my whole life. All of the instructors have been wonderful as I try out different classes. I love the feeling of peace and warmth with each one. Thank you! So grateful.
