Welcoming , Humble and open communication before , upon arrival and after class. Emily was very present in her teachings throughout the different poses and meditative aspects, from the breath work to the mindfulness. Slow Flow is a class that will challenge you to push yourself through some holds with modified explanations, while being in a semi-warm (room temp) environment. I felt more relaxed and present in my body mind and spirit after class . Thank you so much !.

I had a great first class here with Cece! Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I did the restorative class focusing on the lower back and it was the perfect balance between stretching and strength building! I also loved the personal touch the studio gave, with a sign welcoming me for my first class.

Great experience— loved Nikolina’s class was perfect to get some exercise in while winding down after a long day with some core work and stretching. Definitely released a lot of tension mentally and physically. Awesome guided meditation to wind down at the end. the temperature was perfect and the area was clean and tidy.The manager was friendly, helpful and informative. Felt very welcome. 5/5 will be returning.
