I came in looking to have my charger port replaced, and the man at the counter advised cleaning it instead. It worked and the staff here is very helpful with figuring out the best course of action. We’ve had devices repaired here before and they always come back good as new.

Great customer service! My problem was my phone charger port was clogged up with dust and wouldn’t charge, and I took it to them and they cleaned it up and got it working in less than five minutes. So fast and easy I left a tip with the girl working at the counter and for Ryan who helped me out over the phone.

Excellent customer service. Although my phone was not fixed as expected the employees stayed in constant contact with me updating me on the progress of receiving the items needed for my phone repair. Robin was a gem to work with.
