The estimator was punctual and professional, the only roofer who came that gave a nice folder with the company's insurance information and business license. Cost was competitive with other bids but Stay Dry was the most professional. Contract signing, scheduling and job went smoothly and very professional and no issues with my roof at all, looks great. I can't say enough good things about Stay Dry, I remembered those commercials with Daniel as a kid and got to talk to him when scheduling, was cool.

Twenty-one years after we initially had Stay Dry Roofing re-roof our home, we went back to them this month. Pleased to say that not only was the cost within reason all these years later, but the timeliness, communication and workmanship of the crew was impressive. We recently had Tadlock replace our entire roof, following damage from a fallen tree during hurricane Milton. I had never heard of Tadlock before, but after the hurricane I searched up local roofing contractors, and found them. They actually were one of the few companies that returned my call requesting a quote at the time. I feel very fortunate that our paths crossed, as I had a great experience working with them. The sales rep Mike was very courteous and knowledgeable, and answered my calls or responded to messages within a reasonable timeframe. The crew ripping off the old roof and installing the new one was very careful about where they were disposing of materials, and cleaned up around the house nicely when the job was complete. The supervisor came out a few days later to walk the roof and make sure everything looked good, and no problems spotted. He asked if I had any questions or concerns. One thing I can say is that the overall customer experience from beginning to end with Tadlock exceeded my expectations, and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Excellent company and staff.

Tadlock Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof. Their crew removed the old shingles and installed the new roof in just one day! They replaced several pieces of plywood and ensured that everything was in proper working order. Before they left, they cleaned up the area, and it looked as if they had never been there. My home looks picture-perfect with the new roof! Jordan Avendano, the manager, provided outstanding service, and I can't say enough good things about his professionalism.
