Extremely pleased with the service especially with the supervisor who made sure the plumbing issue was resolved and fairly priced. Everything was clearly explained and shown to me. I will definitely use them again Bryan Shanklin did a great job very professional and polite ! Hard worker! I would like to also commend Jermaine Smith who has been my life line through this entire process for over a month. In constant contact providing updates, correctly diagnosed the plumbing issues that were a nightmare after the county I live in damaged them Jermaine Smith is a true gem. Super knowledgeable and made me feel at ease during this very difficult time ! Thank you!!

I called Acree after I returned home to find that my AC was totally fried. Mark Pilcher worked with me to find the right unit for my townhome that was within my budget, and arranged for my technician to install the unit exactly when Zi needed it. Oscar arrived on time, was friendly, considerate and efficient. He warned me ahead of time when he was doing things that caused noise etc. In addition he gave me a walk through in the thermostat, gave me recommendations on maintenance and care and asked if I had any remaining questions before he left. He was charming and helpful. And my new AC is quiet and purring like a kitten. Couldn’t be happier.

Daniel was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I was absolutely blown away that they could install my new tankless water heater the same day. Awesome service and great folks to work with. Highly recommended.

Too easy! I contacted them on a Sunday morning and was able to get an appointment the same day. The associate Veronica that answered my call was very professional and courteous and made the process too easy. Great job!
