Expensive but the installer, John, was professional and explained the need for the new motor, springs and bearings replacement after 8 years. The warranty is good for 7 and of course this was year 8 for our previous one purchased from Precision.

Shout out for Mr. Mina!! I've used DGD services twice and I'm very happy with their service. This 2nd time it was kind of an emergency because the garage door's spring broke with my car inside the garage. I called them and they immediately tried to help, on a Sunday. Ms. Veronica did her best, as well as all the other ladies who took my multiple calls. My emergency then became a non-emergency, but they still scheduled service for Monday. Even though they arrived at almost 6pm the job was completed with no issues and reasonable time. Mr. Mina Yousef did an excellent job and this soul had to drive from Orlando to Tampa to take my call at the end of the day! He was very professional, courteous, organized, helpful while explaining the options, and super respectful. I would be happy to schedule a service with Mr. Mina and DGD any day. Thank you!
