Andy, the service technician, arrived promptly, and was incredibly patient with me (and my barking dogs) when explaining the scope of the work. He completed the work quickly and everything looks - and works - great. Because Knight Plumbing was able to get me on the schedule so quickly and fix the issue immediately, I'm convinced they saved me from what was soon to be a plumbing emergency (involving an extremely corroded section of galvanized steel pipe). We had a fantastic experience with Knight plumbing. Our project was a plumbing rough-in for a new bathroom as part of our basement finish. The project plumber was Andy, he was great to work with and was very attentive to our expectations. Out of the bids we received they were the most complete and competitive. Scheduling was a breeze, we will definitely use knight plumbing for our future projects.
Isaiah and team were prompt, friendly, professional and all around great to work with. They never hesitated to answer any questions and did an amazing completely updating all of the water lines in the duplex. The communication at Knight was great. I’ve used Viking Plumbing several times now and they are always so prompt and easy to work with! And they know all the issues these old Milwaukee houses have and where to find parts for a 1936 sink or shower. Their online scheduling is super easy and their prices have been reasonable so far too, even for same day service. Highly recommend.
We’ve used Viking a few times and they’re always great. This last time we had some work done by Justice Neal and he couldn’t have been more professional. He did a great job and left the bathroom spotless when he was done. He’s also a very nice person, answering all of our questions so we knew exactly what to expect. We would definitely use them again and Justice would be welcome any time.
Had Viking come out and fix a small gas leak on my water heater. Bill arrived right on time, and fixed the problem quickly. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Would recommend!

I was really interested in the process and he was ok with me watching and asking questions while he worked. Best interaction I've had with a professional helping on an issue I was having in my house. Also gave me advice on how to mitigate possible future issues. Very impressed.
