Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We smelled gas near our water heater and thought we should have it looked at right away. We called Roto-Rooter at 5 pm and they were able to send someone within 2 hours. Bradley showed up and performed his diagnostic tests and determined I had a very small leak in one of the pipes leading into the gas water heater. He was able to quickly fix the issue at a very reasonable price. Bradley did a great job explaining the problem and the process and was very professional and nice. Thank you Roto-Rooter for coming to the rescue!!

Chris B came out and provided lots of great information about our options, the pros and cons of everything being discussed, and made sure we understood every portion of the process. In following up with additional steps/work we needed done after the initial visit, Chris also made sure we had a good understanding of the continuing process as well.
