EXTRA SPACE STORAGE CINCINNATI REVIEWS

Both Lee and Jaime were trying their best to help me out. They truly care about customers and made sure our needs could be met. There was some miscommunication during this process but luckily it turned out well. During my move in, there was a heavy snow and plowing service was a little behind. I was extremely moved that Lee helped shove my pathway to ensure that I could get in my unit on time. Lee ensured that I had a peace of mind and had great explanations. I really appreciate the assistance in making this work.

Onsite manager was outstanding. Walk me through details, pricing, and options to get set up for an over summer rental. Just great customer service!

Awesome location anytime I need storage I come here. Highly recommend Lee the property manager is amazing! She really keeps it clean.

Very helpful staff answered my many questions on phone. Pleasantly received by location manager. He alone gets his own 10+ rating. Respectfully handled several customers at once. Showed me different size storage rooms. Helped me to chose best one for me. Hallways are good width to maneuver carts of personal items with bright lights. Place is clean, well kept. Secure with easy access for customers. Most likeable storage facility I've used. If price stays likeable I will stay here and recommend to friends.

Laura was absolutely wonderful. She helped me with my account and it only took 2 minutes. She stayed on the phone with me and explained what i needed to do until my problem was solved. If I could I would give her a raise. I was very frustrated and she was very calm, understanding, and professional. More people should take a lesson from her. She is truly awesome. And I am very grateful I had her help today.

I called GoStoreIt for help moving across states and to secure a storage unit. Ranjith was extremely helpful and very welcoming, and helped answer all my questions and secure a unit without any difficulties. I am looking forward to my move. Thank you!

I worked with Joe the department manager and he was absolutely amazing! He helped me to get set up with the trailer and I was honestly very inexperienced and a little nervous about the process. He taught me all the tips and tricks and was absolutely very easy to work with and helped me to feel calm and confident about the entire process. Make sure you do yourself justice and use Joe when you come. He will take care of you!!!!!!! I was extremely impressed with my entire experience!!!

Had a great experience with istorage on marburg ave in okaly ,I spoke with jenn who helped me with the everything I needed ,when we arrived the facility was very clean and easy to navigate will recommend this location to anyone who needs a storage unit.

Sebastien has given one of the best customer service experience I have ever had he was very polite and knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me.
