Nathan Bauer and his trainee Chris appear at my home Mon 23, 2025. They were on time which by the way l loved. I had an air conditioner installed in Nov of last year, never been on until 5 days ago. It work the 1st day and second day it was blow out warm air. Nathan was professional he took time to explain what was happening, he reassurance my concerns, and fix my problem. HELP was referred to me from a friend. I am so glad l went with there services and now l don't have to beg or worry if it is fixed with HELP they are there to help. I have to say over 29 years this was the first time that I have used HELP. I have seen the trucks, saw billboards and thought I would give them a try since I needed my system serviced for the summer. I had a fantastic experience with the furnace installation service. The installer SHAWN AND DAN was not only prompt and professional but also demonstrated excellent attention to detail. The heating system works flawlessly, and I appreciate the thoroughness of the entire process. I can now see the humidifier is for sure working and he even put the "thing" so I can adjust the humidity inside the house. And was surprise they put the carbon monoxide alarm too. I'm so happy! Great experience with the guys from One Hour! Jordan was incredibly kind and personable, even when some delays resulted in a longer visit than he’d planned. He was very straightforward about the issues and proposed multiple solutions that our landlord could choose from. We felt totally safe having him working around the house, and trusted the guys he called in the next day to do the A/C replacement. Everything is working smoothly now.
