Brain and Aiden did an excellent job installing my gas fireplace insert today. It looks stunning! They made quick work of installing the insert then patiently shifted the mantle up and down so I could pick my preferred height, taught me how to use the remote, answered all my questions and then cleaned up before the left. Jen in the office was a pleasure to work with as well as Kirk. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VONDERHAAR.

I heard about Vonderhaar from a friend who had used them, and we scheduled a chimney inspection and cleaning based on findings from the inspection of our new home. Cory came out to do the work and I was so pleased with the service. He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions (as this is the first house I've lived in with a WBFP). The chimney requires extensive repairs, and we are planning to move forward with Vonderhaar to do the work. I definitely recommend them for a cleaning and will review again after the repairs are complete.

Brian is the GOAT of pellet stoves! He was able to detect the problems and repair my old pellet stove when no one else could or would. He and Aiden are super knowledgeable, kind, professional and tidy. So beyond grateful. Peace of mind for sure. They'll be back when I upgrade to a new model!!! I trust no other. Price was fantastic.

I worked with Best Cincinnati Chimney in the late Summer/Fall. They conducted a chimneysweep and found some issues that required a new chemical coating (the latest and greatest technology) to refurbish the Chimney. They also rebuilt the chimney above the roof line with new flue and masonry . I dealt with three teams: The Chimney Sweep who was professional, courteous and efficient. He documented everything he saw with video, pictures, and written commentary. The detail was amazing. The Masonry Team who demolished the old chimney top and rebuilt it. The were quite friendly, hard working, Skillful, and cleaned up thoroughly when construction was complete. The final team applied the chemical sealer for the chimney from the flue to the chimney top. They were friendly, explained each step in their process and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend Best Cincinnati Chimney. Jay R. McKeever Satisfied Customer.
