Matt was very friendly and answered all of our questions. Went up and beyond to help us and couldn't be happier with the products they have to offer and the customer service. Highly recommend.

Matt Robertson was awesome. He figured out the problem with my Dolphin pool cleaner and saved me lots of money by not needing to buy a new one. Highly recommend seeing Matt if you need help.

The guy on the phone was super helpful and friendly and answered all the questions I had before deciding what I needed for my pool. Will definitely be shopping here for anything I need.

Joe and the whole crew are amazing! They are prompt with responses, very professional, honest and hardworking! I am so glad we found them when buying our house they took care of the pool inspection, were honest in all that needed to be done and what could wait. They were patient with us when walking us through all of our options ensuring they took the time to really explain it and that we understood. We really could not say enough good thing about this company! And could not recommend them enough.

Great service! Woke up to our pool missing several inches of water. Called Cincinnati Pool Divers and they were able to squeeze us in the same day and patched all of the leaks. The divers were super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

This team has been opening and closing our pool since it was installed several years ago. We appreciate their competent, friendly, and efficient service. We also like the good advice they give.

We've been a customer for over 30 yrs. and can testify that Marcum is an extremely high quality company with great customer service. I have a complicated pool design with multiple water falls, integrated hot tub/jacuzzi, floor cleaners, LED lighting, etc. They didn't build it but whenever I have a problem, they are super responsive and expert. Quality company that has earned my loyalty for over 30 years.

Dave and his team have always been incredibly responsive to my needs looking after my pool whether it was equipment related or maintenance related. They come as soon as they possibly can. Their team is friendly and polite and they are very reasonably priced too.

They tested our pool water for free and helped us get what we needed, excellent care. So much thanks to Dave. He is a good friend.
